Herning Fiskepark

'Herning Fiskepark' is one of Jutland's best and most attractive fishponds. The pond has a water surface of about 25,000 square metres. It is scenically situated and sheltered from the westerly wind, about 3 km from Herning. Tables, benches, recreational areas, modern toilets and fish cleaning facilities are at your free disposal by the fishpond. Furthermore, automates with worms, power bait, fishing tackle, snacks and drinks are available on the spot. The fishpond also contains a children's pond, which can be used by children under the age of 10. In the children's lake you are allowed to catch 2 fish per fish rod, but in the large lake, there is no limitation to your catch. Rainbow trouts are release in the pond every day. The fishpond is open every day, year round, from sunrise to sunset.
