Ulkerup Skov

The forest Ulkerup Skov is one of the 5 oldest forests in Odsherred, and like the 4 other forests: Annebjerg, Stokkebjerg, Kongsøre and Grevinge, it is located in a fertile moraine formation on the eastern part of Odsherred. This forest also contains the remains of an old village, which arose in the year 1300 and was abandoned in the year 1782 because the forest was laid out for profitable forestry.
