Families with children are in focus in this disabled friendly attraction Birkegårdens Haver - a 30,000 square metres unique garden ground with eight beautifully landscaped garden sections: A Danish/English garden, three Japanese inspired gardens, a prairie garden with hardy plants, convent garden with herbs, aromatic plants and medicinal plants, an artistic garden etc. A number of activities for children are also available here: Two playgrounds, a petting zoo with small animals, fish and ducks, pathfinder tasks with monthly prizes, minigolf and petanque courses. Your can enjoy your packet lunches in the back garden, where a grill is at your disposal as well, but you can also visit the café of the gardens. Furthermore, Birkegårdens Haver offers a large shop and lend handcart for the guests without charge. Dogs are not allowed in the gardens.
