Fredensborg Slotshave

The palace garden of Fredensborg was established in the 18th century by Frederik IV, and the garden is one of Denmark's largest and best-preserved baroque gardens. The park offers tea pavilions, sculptures, the bridge Kongebroen, the restaurant Skipperhuset, boat rental and the viewpoint Christianshvile among other things. A walk of app. half an hour is recommended in the garden of the royal couple. A part of the garden is normally just open to the public in July, and here you can see the vegetable garden as well as a modern orangery.
