Kongernes Jelling

At the exhibition 'Kongernes Jelling' you are informed about the history of the Jelling monuments - the two mounds, the beautiful church and the runic stones 'Denmark's birth certificate', which were erected by Gorm den Gamle and Harold Bluetooth. You can experience a genealogical table at the exhibition, which proves that Gorm den Gamle and the Danish Queen Margrethe are related to each other. Since 1994 Jelling has been is a part of the UNESCO list of the worlds most important, historic places.
