Kalvø Minimuseum

Once, the island Kalvø housed a large shipyard, in which wooden ships were built. The shipyard was scenically situated in the bay Genner Bugt. Most of the buildings are preserved and the remains of the big building berth are still visible. The museum informs about the history of Kalvø and the role of the island within the fields shipping and shipbuilding. Objects from the area and from the shipping are displayed on the spot.
