Sønderborg Museum

At the museum you will learn more about the history of South Jutland from the Middle Ages and up till today. The wars from 1848-1850, 1864 and 1914-1918 as well as the referendum and reunion in the 1920 are documented in particular. Notice the large, culture-historical collections with themes like f.ex. textiles, craft, shipping and handicraft as well as the art department with exquisite works. A fragrant cup of coffee or a refreshing cola await you in the café 'Det runde bord'.
