Skovsgaard Vogn-, Skovbrugs- & Tyendemuseum

The manor house Skovsgård Herregård is located in a landscape, which is cultivated organically. Skovsgård Herregård provides the settings for the museum of forestry, carriages and servants 'Tyende-, Skovbrugs- & Vognmuseet' as well as a coachbuilder workshop. Here you can experience how the servants lived on the manor house. When you have admired the elegant halls you can go downstairs to the basement and see the small cubicles and the many workrooms. The carriage museum contains app. 25 carriages as well as accessories. At the forestry museum you can learn more about the woodwork in the forest as well as the story of the forest on Langeland. Don't forget to explore the scenic landscape - take a walk through forest and meadow. If you need a rest after the walk, you can enjoy a refreshment in the ecological café.
