Museum Jorn

Museum Jorn is centrally located in a park area in Silkeborg, right down to the stream Gudenåen. In the yard of the museum you are greeted by two large ceramic walls and a blue ceramic stone. Inside, the museum contains a very large collection of Asger Jorn works, but artists like Ejler Bille, Carl-Henning Pedersen, Per Kirkeby among others are also represented here. The museum arranges interesting special exhibitions on a regular basis. When you have admired the art, you can buy reproductions and handicraft in the entrance hall or visit the café of the museum, from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful park.
