Here you can experience how Køge appeared about 150 years ago. Take a walk through the streets and watch the houses (build in the scale 1:10) at close range. They are made as an exact copy of the old houses. Many of those still exist, and they can be observed during a stroll through the town. 'Kjøge Mini-By' is not a complete attraction, but a workshop, where the visitors can experience how the houses are build. The museum has a scenic location, and offers plenty of tables and benches, where you can enjoy your lunch basket or merely enjoy the sight of the many houses. A grill is available on the spot, and can be used free of charge.
