'Cirkusmuseet' in Hvidovre has been established in the old commandant building in the camp 'Avedørelejren'. The museum contains the collections of different circus performers. The collection of the juggler Barly consists of more than 110,000 objects, like f.x. costumes, clothes, pictures and equipments. The collection of the magician Truxa contains a large number of magic appliances, which have been donated to the museum. Furthermore, varying exhibitions and amusing events are arranged on the spot.
