Nymindegab Redningsbådsmuseum

Visit the old life saving station in Nymindegab, which has Denmark's oldest lifeboat at its disposal. The rescue equipment, belonging to the lifeboat, consists of f.x. life-saving rockets with launch mechanism, rope and chair for rescue operations, first-aid kid and communications blackboards, used to communicate with sailors, who spoke a foreign language. By means of blackboards the progress of a rescue operation is described.
