No matter if you have big or little interest in art, you will have a good experience at the museum, as it offers something for both children and adults. The museum arranges f.x. painting hunts for the children, who can go on excursion among the works of art on the museum. The most competent ones will receive a small price. The museum is probably most famous for it's architecture. The large and light halls create a great setting for the art - on a rainy day as well. The world-renowned architects Elissa and Alvar Aalto as well as Jean-Jacques Baruël have designed this architectonical masterpiece.
Special exhibitions are often arranged.Please note that children under the age of 18 have free access to the museum.
