Hals Museum

The redoubt Hals Skanse was built during the years 1653-54 and today, it is Denmark's best-preserved individual redoubt from the Renaissance. The redoubt consisted of many buildings, but the arsenal Tøjhuset from the year 1812 is the only remaining building on the spot. This building contains Hals Museum, where you can follow the traces of early history life by the eastern mouth of the Liim Fiord.
