Nexø Museum

Nexø Museum has been established in one of the oldest buildings in town - the former town hall. Even today you can find remains of a prison in the basement of the museum. Here you can learn more about the history of the fishing, the steamship companies of Bornholm, the brewery and the life-saving service. Furthermore, you can visit the exhibition, which originates from the time when Nexø was exposed to bomb attacks in WWII, and see the personal belongings of the German refugees.
