Naturhistorisk Museum, Skagen

The museum has been established in an old station and is owned by 2 biologists. Here you can learn more about the unique nature of Skagen and the surrounding area. The museum aspires to a dialogue with the visitor, who is very welcome to drop by when he/she has found something interesting in nature. You can also join a guided country ramble. The interesting exhibitions 'Strand, klit og klitplantager' (beach, dunes and dune plantations), 'Områdets snapseurter' (the schnapps herbs of the area), 'De kom med isen' (they came with the ice) and 'Fra istid til nutid' (from Ice Age to present time) are also worth a visit.
