Museet for SamtidskunstThe museum of contemporary art 'Museet for Samtidskunst' is situated in the mansion 'Kongelige Palæ' - a beautiful building from the 18th. century, right by the cathedral Roskilde Domkirke. The museum shows recent art, which characterises our time, in varying exhibitions. Experience f.x. sound, video and media art here. Furthermore, the museum offers a shop, a video lounge and an audio lounge, where activities with Danish and international artists are arranged frequently. Arrangements like performance, films, dances and concerts equally take place at the museum.
