Moler Museet

At the 'Moler Museet' you can learn more about the interesting story of the moler - from the formation to the exploitation. Experience fossilized fish and plants as well as 55 million years old moler and volcanic ashes with imprints from birds, plants and insects.The museum also offers a café and a shop, where you can buy hand polished moler ornaments. Outside you can follow a nature path round in the scenic area with moler cliffs as well as excavated houses from the viking period and the Middle Ages.
