Aalholm Automobil Museum

It all started with Aalholm's own Rolls-Royce from 1911. Today the museum contains about 200 interesting automobiles from 1886 and up to today. With that Aalholm Automobil Museum is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. Several of the cars are constructed before 1904 and most of the cars are from the years before 1940. With the display of a very large model railway, Märklin Spor 0, the museum moves into the world of the trains. You drive through the landscapes of Europe to Venice by night and daylight. The museum is located at the edge of the forest Aalholm Skove, close to Nysted, which is Denmark's smallest and most well-preserved market town with a swarming life at the harbour.
