Kvindemuseet i Danmark

During the latest 200 years, much has changed for the women: culinary art, clothes, the workday with the traditional tasks as well as the morale. Since 1982 the museum has collected objects and photos in order to portray the changes of women's life. Besides the permanent exhibition, varying exhibitions and lectures regarding the women theme are arranged here. The museum café is definitely worth a visit too. Objects from the collection are displayed here in exhibition cases and on the walls. See f.x. domestic appliances, jewels as well as objects, used for hair care and decoration. In the café you can enjoy not only the inspiring atmosphere, but also the good food, which is made med with all due respect for the good kitchen traditions. All pastry is homemade and most of the primary produce is ecological.
