Fyns Militærhistoriske Samling

At the military museum 'Fyns Militærhistoriske Samling' you will be informed of the story of the Funen lifeguard regiment in war and in peace. The collection contains the uniforms of the regiment throughout more than 100 years and a collection of tin soldiers, which shows the development of the uniforms since the 17th. century. Furthermore, you can see a collection of effects from the music corps of the Funen lifeguard regiment as well as hand weapons, which were used by the Funen lifeguard regiment and in the movement of resistance. Furthermore, the museum shows an exhibition about the period of occupation, the resistance and Danish soldiers in foreign service.
