The museum 'Brandts Klædefabrik' has been established in the old cloth mill, which used to be one of the largest workplaces in Odense. Today the building creates the settings of Denmark's international centre for art and culture, and consists of the art hall 'Kunsthallen Brandts Klædefabrik', the photo museum 'Museet for Fotokunst' and the media museum 'Danmarks Mediemuseum'. The 3 museums display varying Danish and international exhibitions with pictorial art, contemporary photographies and artistically photography. Furthermore, the story of the graphic industry, the press as well as the printed and electronical medias is told here. Pictorial and contemporary art is especially exhibited here, but you are also able to experience handicraft, performance, design, architecture and video in the historic building. 'Brandts Klædefabrik' is a cosy environment with museums, restaurants, cafés, specialist shops, a cinema and a concert hall.
