Dybbøl Mølle

The historic and restored mill 'Dybbøl Mølle' is situated right in the middle of a former military and strategical area, and has therefore been fired at several times. Since 1995 the mill has functioned as a museum, and the four exhibitions: 'Dybbøl Mølles historie' (the history of Dybbøl Mølle), 'Dybbøl Mølle som nationalt symbol' (Dybbøl Mølle as a national symbol), 'Ærens mark - om krigergrave og mindesten i Sønderjylland' (the field of honour - about soldier's graves and monuments in South Jutland) and 'Fra korn til mel' (from grain to flour), informs of the history of the mill from 1742 and up till today. See among other things the old, intact machinery and the grinders, which were used to produce flour.
