Deutsches Museum Nordschleswig

'Deutsches Museum Nordschleswig' is a historical and specialized museum, which informs of the history of the German minority after the year 1850 by means of i.a. art and culture-historical collections. The collections covers areas like everyday life, politic, social relations, art, school life, the participation in the war in the years 1939-45, the judicial settlement and the subsequent time. The museum has been established in one of the old brewery buildings in Sønderborg.
