Blåvandshuk Egnsmuseum

The collections of the museum 'Blåvandshuk Egnsmuseum' illuminate the history of the district from the antiquity and until around the year 1900. In addition to antiquities, tools from the agriculture, utensils from the household, local handicraft as well as a living room from a manor house are displayed here. On the first floor you can experience an exhibition about the period of occupation in 1940-45. Furthermore, you can hear about the refugee camp by Oksbøl during the years 1945-49. A cinema shows video films about the camp in Danish and German.
