Radbjerg Keramik - Den Gamle Købmandsgaard

Visit the old merchant's house 'Den Gamle Købmandsgård' in Gedser, where 12 craftsmen exhibit and sell their art. If you are looking for genuine Danish handicraft, you have come to the right place. Enjoy the old peasant paintings, wickerwork, ornaments, candles as well as articles, made out of leather, wood and wool. Here you will also find pottery from the pottery Radbjerg Keramik. By means of layout drawings you can learn more about the interesting history of the pottery Radbjerg Keramik, which began in a hen house. A new artist is presented each year in the old merchant's house, and with this a new permanent summer exhibition is opened. During the summer period a number of arrangements take place here, like f.x. folk dance. Bring a picnic basket and spend a whole day here.
