The candle factory 'Svane Lys' is situated in the outskirts of Nysted, and here a number of different candles of the highest quality are manufactured, like f.x. crown candles, hand-dipped candles, square candles, pyramids, ball candles and garden candles. You can dip your own candles in the 'do-it-yourselves' section. Put a wick on a handle, dip it in one of the container with wax and create your own hand-dipped candles. You can choose between 12 different colours. If you wish to buy completed candles from the large colour vat, you have no less than 30 colours to choose between. The large and spacious rooms contain a large selection of candles, gifts and handicraft. A visit to Svane Lys is an experience for the whole family.
