Hjarbæk Ravsliberi

The amber-cutter's workshop Hjarbæk Ravsliberi is scenically situated by the inlet Hjarbæk Fjord - just a few minutes drive from the towns Viborg and Skive. Here unique amber ornaments are being manufactured according to old Danish handicraft methods - like f.x. bridal chains, which the bride receive as a wedding gift from her future husband in accordance with old Danish tradition. In the amber-cutter's workshop you can also buy amber, which contains insects, and you can have a personal ornament made - at your own request.
