Utzon Center

Utzon Center is an experimenting information centre with an interesting architecture, designed by the world-famed architect Jørn Utzon in co-operation with his son Kim Utzon. The building is located in recreational surroundings, directly by the Liim Fiord, and consists of a series of small pavilions, which encircle a sheltered atrium environment.
Aalborg is Jørn Utzon?s former hometown, and it is important for the architect that Utzon Center doesn?t appear like a museum, but as an active and dynamic centre for architecture, design and art.
Here you can visit an exhibition with the designs and architecture works of Jørn Utzon. Furthermore, you can experience different varying exhibitions and experimenting activities on the spot. A guided tour in the impressive building can be arranged as well.
