'Limfjordscentret', which has been established in the merchant's house 'Doverodde Købmandsgård', is situated in the north-western part of Jutland. Here you will find the gentle landscape of the Liim Fiord, but also the rough North Sea. 'Doverodde Købmandsgård' is one of the best preserved merchant's houses by the western part of the Liim Fiord. In the warehouse you can experience a permanent exhibition, which informs about the culture history of the merchant's house and learn more about the flora and fauna of the Liim Fiord. You also have the opportunity of stroking a fish or holding a crap in your hand. Walk up in the 42 metres high tower, or take the elevator, and enjoy the view of the area from the top. You can see all the way to Mors and observe the amazing bird life at the same time. At the information posters you can read about the view. It is possible to rent sea kayaks in 'Limfjordscentret' and explore the lovely area from the seaward side.
