Naturcenter Tønnisgård

The nature centre 'Tønnisgård' has been established in an old Rømø farm with thatched roof and contains various, interesting exhibitions about the nature and culture of Rømø. The rangers of the place are always willing to answer your nature questions. Guided tours are also arranged from the nature centre. You can f.x. join a bunker journey, a trip to the Jutland Wadden Sea, a trip in a horse drawn carriage, a bird excursion, culture as well as schnapps trips. Furthermore, varying activities like kite building, beach safaris, creativity with shells and much more are arranged for the children.
