H.C. Andersen Eventyrhuset

This new museum in Copenhagen has a central location - right on the square Rådhuspladsen. Here you can learn more about the life of H.C. Andersen and his beloved fairytales, from which the most popular are presented on colourful blackboards with interesting light and sound effects. Hear or read the fairytales in Danish, English or German, visit the work room of the poet as well as the shoemaker workshop, which belonged to the father of H.C. Andersen, and see many of the original objects.
