At this ecological farm the owner, Per Kølster, and his helpers sow, harvest, brew, mill and grow fruits. Since 1975 Per Kølster has devoted his time to ecological agriculture and today he produces multiple and healthy products of superior quality from his own soil. Visit the farm and buy products of the farm, if you like. You can buy beer, meat, sausages, slices of meat, vegetables, apples, flour, preserved vegetables and honey. Furthermore the farm shop offers specialities like vegetables of the season, fruit, cheese, spices, ingredients for baking and cooking, gifts and soaps. Free tours of the farm are arranged now and then, and by participating you can learn more about agriculture, foodstuffs and ecology.
