Aurion prepares and sells biodynamic and ecological grain types, flour and bread. The products are produced on a works in Guldager, which has a mill and a bakery at its disposal. Old grain types like f.ex. spelt, one-grained wheat and emmer are grinded on Aurion. The bakery prepares ecological bread as well as biscuits. Each summer you can attend baking courses, showing rounds and open house arrangements here. The shop Aurion is located in the centre of Hjørring, and in addition to the bread, grains and flour, it offers a large selection of organic fruits and vegetables.
