Thy Lam is located 8 km south of Thisted in a scenic and hilly landscape with a rich animal and bird life, near the lake Sundby Sø. Here the owner Gitte Kroll runs an ecological farming with lambs and sheep. Gitte attaches great importance to animal welfare, and provide good and natural living conditions for her animals, which get plenty of fresh air, space and ecological feed. The animals stay on grass fields by the farm or on magnificent moor areas in Stenbjerg, near the North Sea, and with that their living conditions are close to the natural life of the species. By the stable door of Thy Lam you can buy ecological lamb, slices of meat, woollen articles and yarn, skin, articles, made out of sheep bones, as well as oven-ready geese and ducks, ecological juices, marmalades, berries and fruits. The goods can be picket up on Thursdays between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
