Dalens Økologi

The Scottish Highland cattle live in scenic surroundings with green hills and valleys. They graze on large meadows and are frequently moved to new and unfertilized fields, where they feed on natural grasses, bushes and mosses. The cattle stay outside year round and during the winter period they are fed with ecological silage. At Dalens Økologi we offer well-hung, tasty and tender veal and beef from beef cattle. The meat must be ordered in advance and is delivered all over Denmark.
