Det gamle Elværk - Vestjysk Musikkonservatorium

The former power plant in Esbjerg has been converted into a modern conservatoire of music. Today, the old turbine hall functions as a unique concert hall with tremendous acoustics and architecture. Visit the adjoining café Ørsted as well. In from of the café you can admire a high-tech sculpture with light, water and sound. Through loudspeakers you can listen to the different types of music from the sculpture or live transmissions from the concert hall.
