Gråsten Slot

The castle 'Gråsten Slot' is very scenically situated and surrounded by a beautiful palace garden as well as the forests and lakes of southern Jutland. In it's present shape, the beautiful, white castle originates from the year 1759, and is inhabited by Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik a couple of weeks every year. The elegantly decorated chapel was inspired of the Jesuit church in Antwerp. The church and the palace garden can be visited when the castle is not inhabited.
