Marselisborg Slot & Park

The castle Marselisborg Slot was build by the architect Hack Kampmann during the years 1899-1902. Even though the castle is not accessible for the public, you can visit the palace garden whenever the royal family is not staying in the castle. When the Queen resides on the castle the Royal Guards change at twelve o'clock. The 13 hectares large park has been laid-out in English style by the architect L. Chr. Diederichsen and offers large grass areas, which are surrounded by trees, small lakes and hills with growth. Furthermore, you can enjoy numerous works of art, a rose garden and a herb garden here.
