Knivholt Hovedgård

The manor house Knivholt hovedgård is an old manor house, which originates from the 14th century. But because of more fires in the manor house, Knivholt Hovedgård appears completely different from the original building. In the 18th century the manor house was famous for it beautiful Baroque garden. It is now being re-created.
As Knivholt Hovedgård also contains a day care, the building can only be observed from the outside.
An excursion to Knivholt Hovedgård can be combined with a lovely walk through the forest, which neighbour upon the manor house, and enjoy the rich wildlife.
