Havnø Mølle

Havnø MølleThe mill 'Havnø Mølle' is a Dutch windmill with a thatched roof from the year 1842, which is situated in scenic settings between an inlet and a forest. The mill war originally erected in connection with the manor house 'Havnø', and today it is the oldest, preserved windmill in North Jutland. The mill is preserved and was thoroughly and very carefully restored in the 1990'ies. Coarse rye flour, which is made for bread, feed and various grain products, is made here. The area is a popular excursion spot.
