Elstrup Mølle

'Elstrup Mølle' is a preserved, octagonal Dutch mill, which was build in Østerholm in 1859 and moved to Elstrup in 1888. The mill is the only remaining of the Dutch gallery type in Denmark, which means that it is build completely out of wood, and it has been in function all the way up to the 1970'ies. Today, the mill function as a museum, and here you can experience one of the fines mill collections of the country, and furthermore, the old grinders, bolting machines as well as millstones and tolls can be seen here.
