Verdenskortet

It was the Danish American Søren Poulsen, who in the years 1944-1969 built Verdenskortet. The whole world on a reduced scale with lakes, rivers, mountain ranges and flags from most of the countries. Verdenskortet is built at the shore of the lake as an unfolded map. The map is supplemented with lovely green recreational areas, tables, benches, play ground, ice-cream stall and minigolf course. Furthermore, there is a covered eating area. Take a boat trip in the Pacific Ocean. During the high season the children can try horseback riding on a pony.
