Museumsbanen Maribo-Bandholm

The stretch between Maribo and Bandholm is 8 km long and leads through a very scenic and wooded area. 2 of the original level crossing keeper houses can still bee seen along the route. Today the journey is conducted with Denmark's oldest, functioning steam locomotive from the year 1879. The passenger coaches originate from the period 1869-1930. A journey with the museum railway is an interesting experience for the whole family.
